Your opinion is important to us

In general, are you satisfied with the work of the application and the result of the work?

Select the physical sheet size to print on
Landscape orientation (recommended) fills the sheet; Portrait orientation wastes space
Booklet layout (fold in half, staple the spine) reorders pages for center-fold stapling; Accordion (zigzag fold) keeps natural order for zigzag folding
Auto duplex, one printable file (recommended) needs no extra steps; Manual duplex, non-automatic printer (two files: front, then back) requires printing and flipping the stack by hand

Turning a regular PDF into a booklet means reordering its pages and placing two of them on each printed sheet, so that after printing, folding the stack in half and stapling the spine, the pages read in the correct order — a classic saddle-stitch booklet or program. If you'd rather fold a single sheet zigzag-style into panels, accordion mode keeps the pages in their natural order instead and lays them out side by side for a concertina-fold brochure. Either way you can choose the physical sheet size (A4, A3, Letter and more) and how the result should be printed: one file ready for a printer with automatic duplex, or two separate files — front pages, then back pages — for printers without automatic duplex. Files are processed securely and are not kept longer than necessary.

FAQ

What's the difference between the Booklet and Accordion layouts?

Booklet mode reorders your pages (e.g. last page next to the first) and places two per sheet, for folding the whole stack in half and stapling along the spine. Accordion mode keeps pages in their normal reading order and lays them out as panels for a zigzag/concertina fold instead.

What if I don't have a printer with automatic double-sided printing?

Choose "Manual" duplex output. You'll get two files instead of one: print the first, flip the whole stack over, then print the second on the reverse side.

What happens if my page count doesn't divide evenly?

A blank panel or page is added automatically to fill out the last sheet, so the layout still folds correctly.
